NightBalance BV (Delft, The Netherlands), a obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) technology venture, raised €12.5m in a Series B financing.
The round was led by Inkef Capital and Gilde Healthcare Partners with participation from existing investors Thuja Capital, Health Innovation Fund, and Van Herk Ventures.
Funds will be used to intensify and expand commercial efforts for its innovative Sleep Position Trainer in Europe. Also, preparation for entry into the U.S. is foreseen.
Eline Vrijland-van Beest, CEO, who founded the company in 2009, markets through NightBalance the Sleep Position Trainer, a proprietary device to prevent OSA.
